Syndication formalization & terms of investment
Once the product is secured for a specific amount of time, we move forward to develop the investment template which will allow for our investors to be grouped together and provides them a clear picture of the investment timeframe, risks, potential returns and measures for protection.
Execution of investment & provision of funds
This is the process whereby clients invest into the opportunity and we begin to monitor and manage the process of the investment based on the terms negotiated.
